Terms of Sale

These terms cover buying a Superdock licence. Superdock is proprietary software; the licence below sets out what you may do with it.

What you are buying

A licence key that unlocks Superdock on up to five Macs you own or control, with all future updates and support. The dock itself is free to use without a licence; the licence is required for Chrome profile icons after the 14-day trial.

Licence to the software

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Superdock on up to five Macs. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the software or the licence key. A licence may be moved between your Macs at any time by removing a Mac in Settings or on the manage page.

Payment

Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available.

Updates

A purchase includes all future updates for the life of the product. We never disable software you have bought.

Warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
